Reports - overview

Go Retail offers several reports to help you better understand your business, as well functions such as searching, filtering, and downloading.  To access the Reports page, click Reports on the main menu. 

There are 4 tabs on the Reports page.  Click on each link to find out more. 

• Transactions.  This report includes a list of all transactions, summarized by transaction type. 
• Product sales.  This report summarizes sales and refunds by product.
• Cashier Sales.  This report shows the number of items sold, total sales in dollars, the number of items returned, the total returns in dollars, average cost per item, and total cost of items sold.  You can filter this report by clerk/cashier or by product.  
• Inventory count.  This report shows product details and inventory details. 

Reports in the terminal app

Sales report. It includes all transactions processed by Go Retail, regardless of whether you processed the transaction on the web app or the terminal app.  The report shows gross sales, total refunds and net sales by payment type (for example, cash, MC, Visa, Interac, and so on). You can filter the transactions by date, by payment method, and by employee/user.  You must be an admin user to filter by employee/user.
