The ERNEX Menu

The ERNEX Menu (see ERNEX below) gives you access to gift and loyalty transactions and sub-menus that allow you to print Ernex reports and set up your terminal to perform Ernex transactions.

 

The transactions and sub-menus are listed in the order they appear on the menu.  

ERNEX

Click on the transaction or menu name to go to the appropriate instruction page.

PURCHASE

Starts an Ernex Gift Purchase or Ernex Loyalty Purchase
 

REFUND

Starts an Ernex Gift Refund or Ernex Loyalty Refund
 

REDEMPTION

Starts an Ernex Redemption on a Loyalty card
 

ACTIVATE/LOAD

Starts an Ernex Gift Card Activation/Load or Loyalty Card Activation
 

DEACTIVATE

Starts an Ernex Gift Card Deactivation or Loyalty Card Deactivation
 

CARD INQUIRY

Starts an Ernex Card Balance Inquiry
 

VOID

Starts an Ernex Void
 

REPRINT

Starts the Ernex Reprint function
 

REPORT FUNCS

Opens the Ernex REPORT FUNCTIONS menu
 

SETUP

Opens the Ernex SETUP menu
 

To navigate through the menus:

- Scroll down: press F1 to move the highlight bar down.
- Scroll up: press F3 to move the highlight bar up.
- Select a highlighted item: press OK.

 

To access the ERNEX menu, from the READY screen:

  1. Press the ADMIN key.
    The MAIN MENU appears.

  2. Scroll down to ERNEX and press OK.
    The ERNEX menu appears.
