We interviewed Hailey for this feature, read on to know more:

What inspired you to start your business, and how did you get started?

Hailey- As sisters and co-founders of Ungalli, Bree and I saw firsthand the harsh realities of the clothing industry while working at a uniform manufacturing company together. The impact on people and the planet was undeniable—and we knew there had to be a better way. That’s why we launched Ungalli, starting with graphic tees printed on sustainable fabrics. What began as selling a few t-shirts online has grown into a full-scale wholesale manufacturing business, helping other brands produce high-quality, sustainable apparel and make a meaningful shift toward environmental and social responsibility.

What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner, and how did you overcome it?

Hailey- Being taken seriously when we were very young. Bree was only 18 and I was only 20 when we first started Ungalli. As young entrepreneurs, the key to being taken seriously is confidence and consistency. Know your stuff, follow through, and build strong connections with people who can support and challenge you. With time and effort, your results will earn the respect you deserve.

Why Moneris? How has your experience been so far?

Hailey- Moneris has helped us make sure we are getting the best possible rates! They are always there to help when I have questions or when I want to compare pricing and rates with another company. So far, we haven’t found a company who can beat Moneris’ pricing and support.

What is the most popular/bestselling product on your website?

Hailey- Definitely our custom screen-printed sustainable tees and hoodies!

If Ungalli Clothing Co were a person, how would you describe their personality?

Hailey- Reliable, innovative, authentic, driven, honest, warm, and fun.

If you could pick any celebrity or fictional character to shop at Ungalli Clothing Co, who would it be and why?

Hailey- Emma Watson because she is a passionate advocate for sustainability and environmental protection.

If Ungalli Clothing Co had a theme song, what would it be?

Hailey- Earth - Lil Dicky (probably the clean version if it’s going to be playing or anything).

What inspired you to start your business, and how did you get started?

Regan- I've always had a passion for fashion and wanted to create a space where women could find stylish, high-quality pieces that made them feel confident. When the pandemic hit, I adapted by growing our online presence, making it easier for customers to shop from home while still getting that boutique experience. Over time, I saw the potential and demand for e-commerce, and last year, I made the decision to transition to online-only. It’s been an exciting journey, and I love the ability to reach more customers while still maintaining the heart of what Style Bar is all about.

What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner, and how did you overcome it?
