Why is Moneris ending its relationship with Bookmark?
Bookmark has announced that it will close operations of Bookmark.com’s website services platform effective June 30, 2023. As a result of this announcement, Moneris is currently working on transition plans to help our existing Moneris Online merchants transition to a new solution as soon as possible.
What are we doing?
Moneris will work with merchants that have signed up for Moneris Online by providing transition options to alternate hosting solutions. More details will be shared as they become available. Importantly, merchants have until June 30, 2023, to transfer to a new solution.
What should I do next?
Merchants have until June 30, 2023, to migrate their web site from Bookmark. When details are finalized, we will offer merchants options to transition to an alternate hosting provider in advance of that date.
What if I don’t want to leave Bookmark?
Unfortunately, you do not have a choice. Bookmark has stated that after June 30, 2023, all websites hosted by Bookmark will be unpublished and no longer online.
What happens to all my content that’s with Bookmark?
Bookmark has provided information on how to download and export your website assets for when you are ready to migrate your site.
