General Eligibility Criteria and Terms
*This promotional offer (the “Offer”) is not transferable. In order to take advantage of this Offer and receive a PAYD Pro PIN pad with device rental fees waived for 12 months when you upgrade to PAYD Pro® with Moneris Solutions Corporation (“Moneris”), you must visit go.moneris.com/icmp-upgrade and complete your application between September 10, 2020 and October 21, 2020 (“Offer Period”).

Please note that merchants which have processed an aggregate Visa® and Mastercard® transaction volume of $2,500,000 CAD or greater in the preceding three months are not eligible for this Offer.
Moneris is under no obligation to approve a merchant for any services and reserves the right to determine if a merchant qualifies in accordance with its credit adjudication and other policies and procedures. Following satisfactory internal Moneris approval, a qualifying merchant must agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement available online at www.moneris.com/caftc.
Each merchant who qualifies for the Offer is only entitled to one PAYD Pro PINpad rental fee waiver. After the 12 months promotional period, the PAYD Pro PINpad monthly rental fees as set out in your Agreement will automatically apply. The maximum dollar value of the Offer is $239.40 over a twelve (12) month period (value of $19.95/month). Transaction fees as set out in your Agreement still apply. This Offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous registrations and/or purchases.
Moneris reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw this Offer at any time, even after you have activated it.
Limitations and Exclusions
Moneris, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, promotion agencies, agents, successors, assigns and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the Offer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By participating in the Offer, Merchant waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the incident upon which the claim or action is based. Merchant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
By participating in the Offer, Merchant agrees to release and hold harmless Moneris and each of its parents, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Offer or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any item given in connection with the Offer.
