Note: If the customer is using a mobile device, they may be directed to enter a passcode on their smartphone or tablet. Note: The transaction amount must be equal to or less than the contactless transaction limit set for the card. If the amount is greater than the contactless limit for the card, the terminal displays “Limit exceeded” followed by “Insert or swipe”. To complete the transaction for the same amount, the customer inserts or swipes their card. |

You can manually key in a customer’s credit card information for a card-not-present transaction, that is, a transaction where the customer is not present at your place of business. The following settings are required:
