The Ethernet Setup Menu

This menu allows you to configure the Ethernet communication parameters.

Before you set up your terminal to communicate with the Moneris host over high-speed Ethernet, please review the Moneris IP Readiness Checklist (available at moneris.com/checklist) and ensure that your Ethernet service and your Ethernet network are ready to support your terminal.

The functions that appear on this menu vary according to the type of Ethernet communication you select. Not all functions are available for every Ethernet communication type.

The parameters and programs are listed in the order they appear on the menu.

For instructions, go to Communications Configuration and select the Ethernet communication type the terminal will be using.
