Sign in and out

Follow the instructions below to sign in and sign out of the Merchant Direct portal. 

Sign in to the portal

1. Launch your preferred web browser and go to login.moneris.com. 

2. At the Sign in page, enter your login credentials as follows:

   1. Click inside the Email/user ID field and enter your email address or user ID. 

   2. Click inside the Password field and enter your password. 

3. Click the Sign In button. 

If you forgot your password to sign in:

• Refer to the process flow described in the Reset your password topic. 

Sign out of the portal

1. In the top right corner of the screen, click on your user name. 
2. On the popup menu, click Logout. The Sign In screen reappears.
