?? is printed in the place of some parameters when that value is not configured.

Note:  The parameters listed in this example may or may not appear on the actual printout depending on whether certain features have been enabled on your terminal.

Note: "POINTS" is displayed on terminal prompts while "miles" is printed on transaction receipts.
