This feature allows you to configure your terminal to print a personalized trailer message at the bottom of your receipts. The trailer appears on both the merchant copy and the cardholder copy of the receipt.
The trailer message is printed in the same language as the rest of the receipt.
Cardholder copy
· If the card is swiped, inserted, or tapped, the receipt is printed in the language encoded on the card. However, if the cardholder is prompted to choose a language, the receipt is printed in the language selected.
· If the card information is manually keyed, the receipt is printed in the language used by the merchant for on-screen display.
Merchant copy
The merchant copy of the receipt is printed in the language used by the merchant for on-screen display.
