When the ENTER PIN & OK prompt appears on the terminal or external PINpad:
1. The cardholder keys in their Personal Identification number
(PIN) and presses the
key.
Before pressing the
key,
the cardholder can press the
key to correct
PIN errors or to go back to the previous customer prompt.
2. Go back to the "Cardholder Prompts: Debit/Credit" procedure.
