Sign up for the Moneris Go portal and add your store

1. Use your Internet browser to access the Moneris Go portal at https://www.monerisgo.com/login.  
2. At the bottom of the page, click Sign up. 
3. On the Sign up page,  enter your first name, last name, and email address, then click Sign up.  The Go portal will send you an email message with a link to activate your account. 
4. Open the message in your inbox and click on the activation link.  If you do not see the message, check your junk folder. 
5. On the activation page, complete the required fields, create a password, then click Activate. 

Note: The password you create must be from 8 to 16 characters in length and include at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (for example, # % & ! *). Accents are not supported. The password is case sensitive.

1. Once your account is activated, click Sign in to return to the Moneris Go portal login page.  You can now sign in.  

1. After signing in, continue to the section below to add your store to the Go portal if you are the store administrator.

1. When you sign in, the Stores page appears.  On the Stores page, click Add store.

1. Enter the information required, as provided by Moneris. 

• Store ID.  Enter the store ID associated with your Go Retail store.
• Merchant ID.  Enter your 13-digit merchant ID.

1. Click Submit. 
2. When prompted, accept the terms and conditions. 
3. Return to the Introduction page to review the steps to set up your store.
