Reset a portal password

In the event that you forget your password to access the portal, or you wish to change it, follow the instructions below to reset your portal password.

  1. At the portal’s sign in screen, click Forgot password?. The Update password popup appears.
  2. Click inside the Email field and enter the email address associated with your employee profile, then click the Send button. A password recovery email is sent to you.
  3. Open your email program, locate the message from Moneris Go Restaurant, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  4. Sign in to the portal with your email address and new password.
