Press firmly on the icon with your fingertip. If the terminal still does not respond, power off the terminal then power it on again (by disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable). |
Blank receipts and reports The terminal appears to be printing receipts and reports but the paper is blank. |
The paper roll is installed backward and needs to be re-installed. Go to Install the paper roll for guidance . |
