Setting up the Terminal

Follow these three steps to set up the terminal hardware:

1.       Connect the power cable to the base.

2.       Connect the communications cable(s) to the base.

3.       Peel off the protective film (if applicable) from the touchscreen.

Hint:  Peel from the top right to the bottom left corner.

4.       Check the printer for paper:

a.       From the applications menu, select DEBIT & CREDIT.

b.       Press the 3 key to see if paper appears.

Note: If no paper appears, load a paper roll in the printer.
