The default text of the optional information prompt is ENTER INFO; however, the Ernex Host may send a customized prompt, e.g. TRANSACTION ID. If this prompt has been customized, see the Customized Prompt Example below.
When the Information Prompt PRESS OK prompt appears:
a. Press OK.
The ENTER DATA entry screen appears.
b. Key in the required information, and press
OK. (Entering alphabetic
characters and punctuation.)
OR
If data is displayed and you want to accept that data, press OK. To change it, simply key in the
new information then press OK.
Go back to the transaction.
Ernex may customize this prompt for you. If this prompt has been customized, e.g. TRANSACTION ID PRESS OK is programmed to appear then:
When the TRANSACTION ID PRESS OK prompt appears:
a. Press OK.
The ENTER DATA entry screen appears.
b. Key in the Ernex transaction identifier, and press OK. (Entering alphabetic characters and punctuation.)
