When the ENTER AMOUNT entry screen appears:
a. Key in the dollar amount and press OK.
For an Ernex Gift Card, this is the dollar amount that will be made available on the card.
For an Ernex Loyalty Card, this is the dollar amount that the cardholder can pay to activate the Loyalty card.
Go back to the Activation transaction.
