The Moneris Gift Card Program

This gift card program (administered by Ernex) allows small businesses to offer their customers a gift card program with customized cards without making the investment required for a customized gift program.

To enable the Moneris Gift Card program on the terminal, follow the Loyalty/Gift Card program setup process.

The following transactions can be performed with the Moneris Gift Card program. They all begin at the ERNEX menu:

• Activate a Gift Card  

• Purchase with a Gift Card

• Card Inquiry for Balance or Expiry Date  

• Void a Gift Card Transaction  

• Deactivate a Gift Card  

• Initialize your terminal to Moneris/Ernex Host  

• Print Stored Gift Transactions  

• Close the Gift Card Batch
