If your terminal is using dial communications to communicate with the Moneris Host, the terminal will dial the Moneris Host each time you begin a transaction. (The terminal does not make any noise when it dials.)
Under normal conditions the terminal will not indicate the status of the dial line.
If there is a problem with the dial communications, an error message will appear.
