The INTERAC Online* service is a new payment alternative available through Moneris' eSELECT plus^®† eCommerce solution. Your customers can now pay for a transaction online using their online banking information. With the INTERAC Online payment option, as a merchant, you never see or store any confidential financial information. The INTERAC Online payment option may also provide the following potential benefits:

Significantly reduces chargebacks - Since every transaction made using the INTERAC Online service is authenticated by your customer's financial institution, potential "I didn't buy that" chargebacks are no longer a factor**

Guaranteed Funds - Once a customer completes a transaction using the INTERAC Online service, you are guaranteed those funds from that purchase**

Attract new markets - the INTERAC Online payment option allows you to target potential customers who do not have a credit card (e.g. youth), those who are averse to using credit cards, and those who just prefer to pay for items using their debit card.

Provide choice - By using eSELECT plus you will be able to provide payment choices to your customers, ensuring you capture every sale opportunity

Manage your transactions - eSELECT plus provides you with a robust web-based management tool that allows you to administer refunds, generate reports and view your transactions in real-time.

* Merchants wishing to sign-up for INTERAC Online shall be subject to Moneris Solutions Corporation "Moneris") standard credit and approval processes (the "Approval Processes"). Subject to the Approval Processes, Moneris' standard operating terms and conditions as set out in the Moneris standard form agreements shall apply to the processing services provided thereunder.
** Funds are guaranteed only if the merchant fulfills their responsibility and provides their customer with products and services that were purchased. For example, shipping the right product. Otherwise, a chargeback request may occur, at that point the merchant must provide the required transactional information within the allotted time frame. If the merchant does not comply within the allotted time frame they may be responsible for the chargeback and associated fees.
